Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate, strategic, and savvy Social Media Manager to join our dynamic marketing team in Lander, Wyoming. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with Amazon's overarching goals and objectives.
- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) that resonates with our audience and uplifts brand sentiment.
- Manage social media campaigns across multiple platforms ensuring that they maintain high levels of engagement and conversion.
- Analyze metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of social media campaigns and derive actionable insights for continual improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and PR, to ensure a consistent brand message across all digital channels.
- Research and stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media, adopting and implementing best strategies for Lander and beyond.
- Respond to customer inquiries and comments across social media, fostering positive relationships and enhancing brand loyalty.
- Manage social media advertising budgets and campaigns, analyzing ROI for core marketing objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge and experience with various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Strong understanding of content creation and brand strategy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair for storytelling.
- Proficient in social media analytics tools and software to track performance metrics.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in video content creation is a plus.
